I’m Cara Faith, and my background is a mix of roles I’ve progressed in and built on over time: executive and paralegal work, corporate learning/change environments, vet clinic support, and dual-licensed real estate in Ontario and Nova Scotia—plus building my own ventures along the way. Over time, I became the person people call when they want things handled properly: thoughtfully, efficiently, and without drama.

I also know what it’s like when life gets loud—appointments, forms, home logistics, work details, and the constant mental to-do list. C. Faith & Co. exists for that exact reason: to take some of the weight off and give you real breathing room.

Paws & Pats is my in-home pet and overnight house care for clients who want more than basic sitting. I genuinely love animals (I will likely become best friends with your cat), and I’m at my best when there’s a steady routine to care for—pets fed, home tidy, plants happy, and everything quietly running in the background. You can be away and actually relax because you’re getting clear updates and consistent care.

And because support isn’t only needed on travel days, I also offer Administrative Assistance—executive-level help with follow-ups, coordination, drafting communications, digital organization, research, and practical support navigating today’s online systems.
